Elizabeth Schlicht, CAE

Elizabeth has a great depth of experience with non-profit organizations and professional, medical and trade associations with focuses on board and committee governance, strategic planning, membership engagement, and organizational growth. She has a proven track record of helping association boards create and implement actionable and impactful strategic plans, increasing membership, growing sponsorship revenues, executing successful conferences and chartering strategic and multi-faceted communication and content management initiatives.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Music from Illinois Wesleyan University, and a Master of Strategic Management and Executive Leadership from Penn State, coupled with graduate certificates in Strategic Leadership, Negotiation and Influence, and Diversity and Inclusion as Strategy. She earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2017.
Elizabeth serves in leadership roles within the association management community including WSAE’s Board of Directors and regularly speaks at industry events.
In her off time, Elizabeth loves to travel, read, spend time with her family and perform with local musical ensembles.
